Our footprint options allows Gold’s Gym owners to pursue traditional and unique opportunities in suburban, urban and hyper-urban markets alike. Each footprint model is designed to serve as a full-service and amenity Gold’s Gym.
Footprints can be built from the ground up or retrofit into existing facilities.
Before you sign any agreements or LOI, one of our representatives will meet with you to visit the location to make sure that you will develop in the most favorable conditions. We also review any lease agreements and monitor the construction to ensure new sites are built out to our standards.
